Mr. Jacob Nunez
Principal Nunez’s Biography
Jacob Nunez is a proud product of Dallas ISD schools and grew up in Oak Cliff. This year marks his 19th year in education and 12th year in educational leadership. Through leadership experiences ranging from middle school, high school and early college, he has had the opportunity to grow students and faculty to reach their potential. Even with these amazing experiences, he is always a teacher at heart. He attended the University of San Antonio where he received his bachelor’s degree in History and obtained a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University in Austin.
Nunez is blessed to be the father of two amazing children, Olivia and Jacob. They are the loves of his life. He has the same expectations for them as he does the students at his own campus. His hope for them is to see them excel and become productive human beings who have access to opportunities to become whatever they want when they leave high school.
His passion is developing positive relationships with everyone within the community; working with students as they grow, supporting teachers and staff so they can reach their greatest potential, strengthening a connection between school and home and fostering a positive school culture.
Mr. Nunez’s goal is to work collaboratively with the Molina High School staff, students and community to make Molina High School THE premier high school.
He is a firm believer in Fisher & Frey’s quote, “Every student deserves an amazing teacher, not by chance, but by design.”
